Universal Help to create a new game with bounce balls

Hi,



I`m a developer about 12 years, but I want to start in the iOS game world.



I want to start with simple bounce ball, like these:



Put a square in a screen, and the ball bounce in the square.. only in the square area.



Can anyone let me know any tutorial for these?
