Personally the Nimbus is the best non PlayStation/Xbox controller I have ever used. It charges with a lightning cable but overall it just performs very well.

Also the Gamevice is very good, a little pricey but really unique if you're searching something attached to your phone. Beware, I think the iPad mini 4 model has its problems when you connect it due to tightness
